The Assist family

Purpose-built tools for the highest-friction problems in healthcare IT. Every product in the Assist family is built on enterprise security, multi-vendor support, and zero compromises on interoperability.

Our products

QAssist

Vendor-agnostic diagnostic display QA management.

  • Barco, EIZO, LG, and DBI displays in one platform
  • Automated compliance states: On Time, Pending, Due, and Outdated
  • Multi-site, multi-level dashboard with drill-down to any display
  • Scheduled PDF, CSV, and XLSX reports delivered automatically

DICOM Assist

Enterprise imaging routing and integration platform.

  • Rule-based routing by modality, AE title, IP/CIDR, DICOM tag, or SOP class
  • Multi-protocol destinations: PACS and vendor-neutral archives (VNA), S3, Azure Blob, GCS, DICOMweb, HL7, FHIR
  • Remote Gateway relays outbound-only over mTLS - no inbound firewall access
  • Enterprise security: TLS/mTLS, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and a full audit log

In development

Built for the same reason the rest of the family was - the same problem kept coming up across engagements.

SentimentAssist

In development

Sentiment and topic analysis over scheduling and support call audio, built on AWS native services, so service quality and agent coaching rest on data rather than on anecdote.

  • Every call scored turn by turn, so you can see where a call turned rather than only how it ended
  • Call trajectory as its own measure: recovered, flat, or deteriorated
  • Whole-center view - volume, sentiment mix, mean score trend, and activity by hour of the week
  • Per-queue and per-agent breakdowns, and a negative-call digest linked back to the transcripts
  • Reports export to PDF and CSV

QAssist in practice

Vendor-agnostic diagnostic display QA management.

Who it is for

Radiology administrators, picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and imaging IT teams, and the medical physicists who have to produce evidence that every diagnostic display was tested on schedule.

What it replaces

A spreadsheet per site and a separate vendor console per manufacturer. The work is not usually hard - it is that nobody can see the whole fleet at once, so gaps only surface when someone goes looking.

How it deploys

QAssist collects from displays across Barco, EIZO, LG and DBI without swapping hardware or standardizing on one vendor first, so an existing mixed fleet is the starting point rather than a migration project.

What you get

  • Vendor-agnostic by design - a mixed fleet is the normal case, not an edge case
  • Every display carries a live compliance state: On Time, Pending, Due, or Outdated
  • Drill down from an enterprise view to a single display without changing tools
  • Scheduled PDF, CSV and XLSX exports, so evidence is produced before it is asked for

DICOM Assist in practice

Enterprise imaging routing and integration platform.

Who it is for

Imaging IT and PACS teams moving studies between modalities, PACS and VNAs, cloud storage, AI pipelines, teleradiology groups, and remote sites - usually across organizations that were never designed to exchange images with each other.

What it replaces

Point-to-point DICOM routes configured by hand, one per pair of systems, each with its own firewall exception. That works until it has to change, and then nobody is certain what a route was for.

How it deploys

Routing rules are managed from one web interface rather than per device. For sites you do not control, the Remote Gateway relays outbound-only over mTLS, so a partner site needs no inbound firewall access - which is usually the part that stalls a connection for weeks.

What you get

  • Route on what actually distinguishes a study: modality, AE title, IP/CIDR, DICOM tag, or SOP class
  • One platform reaches PACS/VNA, S3, Azure Blob, GCS, DICOMweb, HL7 and FHIR destinations
  • Outbound-only relay for remote sites - no inbound firewall access to negotiate
  • TLS/mTLS, RBAC, MFA, SSO and a full audit log, so the security review is a short conversation
